Pashinyan Government Disregarded September 1st CSTO Offer to Prevent War

For years now I’ve struggled to explain my political views to people because the volume of information supporting them is so extensive, and the collective national ignorance it takes to require this explanation so shameful, that it’s too painful to continuously be reminded of where we stand as a Nation.

You can take that sentiment and amplify it exponentially when it comes to the national tragedy of the Third Artsakh War. So much so, that I’ve struggled to summarize all of the failures of this government in a single article.

Therefore I was both pleasantly and yet painfully surprised at the latest reveal by Mikael Minasyan’s Requiem series regarding the war. Because it’s hard to imagine anything else that can so succinctly summarize the damning failures of this treasonous government that brought us to this day.

In the fifth episode of the Requiem series, Mikael Minasyan revealed that on September 1st of 2020, the Secretary-General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization wrote to Armen Grigoryan, the Secretary of Armenia’s National Security Council, with the following damning confidential information:

  • A war is rapidly approaching which Armenia will lose.
  • Armenia should ask CSTO to organize military exercises in Armenia, which will effectively prevent such a war from taking place.
  • Since 2018, the military balance has begun shifting in favor of Azerbaijan.
  • Turkey is expected to actively participate in the coming war.
  • Since 2019, secret cells have been operating in Armenia which during war will carry out military and information terror against the country.
  • The military positions that Armenia lost in Nakhichevan in May of 2018 will threaten Armenia’s and Artsakh’s security in wartime.
  • Syrian mercenaries will participate in the coming war.

As we now know, the warning and the offered assistance were disregarded by the government. And in the process the death warrant of the Armenian Nation was signed.

Armen Grigoryan was one of the leaders of the Մերժիր Սերժին movement in 2018, for which he was rewarded with the post of Secretary of the National Security Council.

A reminder that the position of Secretary of National Security Council typically goes to someone that ranks amongst a nation’s most experienced and accomplished military leaders. At one point, it was thought that Serzh Sargsyan would take this position rather than staying on as Prime Minister. In Artsakh, this position belonged to National Hero Vitaly Balasanyan, before he was forced to resign by Pashinyan. In Armenia proper, Pashinyan decided to nominate the co-leader of his revolution Armen Grigoryan to this post. A man whose work history consisted of writing articles for foreign intelligence funded outlets like CivilNet, and for foreign intelligence funded political organizations like Transparency International.

This document was sent by Secretary General of the CSTO Stanislav Zas to Secetary of Armenia’s National Security Council Armen Grigoryan on September 1.

  1. Mher, to say that Nikol Pashinyan and his cadre of misfit, soros trained and weened ministers and advisors are catastrophic failures is an undeniable fact. The only question that remains is whether Pashinyan’s actions and inactions were a byproduct of ineptitude or sabotage. The facts strongly suggest the latter as no one could be so careless and oblivious as not to see the Turkish storm on the horizon.
In any event, whether unintentional or deliberate, Pashinyan has proven to be unfit for public office and the government he leads represents a clear and present danger to the sanctity and future of the Armenian state. If the Armenian people want to preserve their state they will have to struggle against enemies foreign and domestic, rather than taking comfort in the oft repeated assurances of Nikol Pashinyan and his army of cyber spin doctors. Regardless of Pashinyan’s institutional backing, the ultimate choice of what direction Armenia takes is ours.

  2. The war plan from Turkish Plot against Armenia, and why it worked successfully and without “the purple revolution,” that overthrows Serg Sargsyan’s government, would the enemy be equally successful? Without the Pashiyans government, there is a high potential that the Armenian government would have diverted most of the current tragic losses? Did the Pashinyans government have chances to shift this catastrophic failure? If yes, then why did you fail? Incompetence and running the country to the highest risk is a dangerous element. This current government is guilty of the crimes committed along with the enemy’s crimes and plots (the 30-year plot to overthrow Armenia, 20-year plot to free occupied territories by Artsakh army, and 5-year plot organize the Purple revolution to make Armenia government and military fail that brought to September 1, 2020, letter).

At the Requiem series, ” Mikael Minasyan revealed that on September 1st of 2020, the Secretary-General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization wrote to Armen Grigoryan, the Armenian Secretary of the National Security Council, with the following damning confidential information…”

If Armenia doesn’t know or know how many more unforeseeable other risk elements are there for Armenia 🇦🇲. The question will always stay in people’s minds how many different kinds of risks the Pashinyans government is posing to Armenia?

I don’t want Armenians to not know what directions they have to follow. I am urging; please 🙏 examine your thoughts and actions; if you do not see, you don’t know and ask for enlightenment. Armenia’s future is with Russia 🇷🇺 , and they must collectively act within the most generous plans from Russian Federation. The second that goes with the Russian Federation partnership is the development of relationships with Iran partnership. Everything else is political and economic.
